The Apex Games is a new competition testing speed, power, and endurance — basically the ultimate athletic challenge. Seven tests back-to-back: - 40-yard dash - Overhead med ball toss - Broad jump - Vertical jump - 60-sec AMRAP Trap Bar Deadlifts (225 lb) - Max unbroken bench press (115 lb) - 1-mile run test I had never tested most of these before… but I said yes to the scary shit. And honestly? I surprised myself. Out of 36 females, I placed 5th overall — and left this event beyond inspired by the community of women showing up strong. Huge shoutout to Tim Riley and the entire Apex Games crew for creating such a rad event — I have a feeling this competition is going to blow up.
